Housing Aid from the Tokushima University Learning Support Fund

 For students who commute to the university from rented housing other than their homes and have been financially affected by the spread of COVID-19, the university will provide housing aid by using the Tokushima University Learning Support Fund sponsored by donations from the community. Applications are being accepted as follows.

Note

1.Application Period
 From Saturday, November 7, 2020 to Monday, November 16, 2020

2. Amount of Aid
 30,000 yen

3. Eligible Students
 Provision of housing aid is decided upon an application from a student who pays for the rented house other than his/her home and falls under any of the following as of October 1, 2020:
 (1) a student who has received funds (100,000 yen (or 200,000 yen for tax-exempt households)) as the emergency student support handout under the government’s support program, “Emergency Student Support Handout for Continuing Studies” (hereinafter referred to as the “handout for continuing studies”);
(2) a student who has not received the handout for continuing studies and has been granted a tuition reduction;
 (3) a student who has not received the handout for continuing studies and has not been granted a tuition reduction according to the academic standards; or
 (4) a student who falls under none of (1) to (3) and who has received a loan under the university’s student loan system.

4. Application method
 Log in to the website below and submit the application online.
  (Use Microsoft Forms for making applications; C-Account authentication required)

5. Date of Provision
 As soon as the provision is ready, the university will deposit the aid to the qualified applicants’ accounts.
