2018/10/12

The first presentation session for the Regional Tourism Challenge, a joint project of the four Shikoku National Universities and JR Shikoku, was held at Kagawa University Olive Square (Takamatsu City) on September 25, 2018. Two tour plans entered by students of Tokushima's Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences were awarded bronze prizes.
From the eight presentations that remained in the final screening, two tour plans by students of the Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences received the bronze prize. The two prize-winning presentations were "Homemade sausage trip with sausage Meister Mr. Yokoyama", and "Encounter world agricultural heritage! Nishi-Awa blacksmithy workshop day-trip to Nishi-Awa". These tours will actually be sold as JR Shikoku Tour products in spring 2019.
