On September 28, 2018, a group from the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences visited the President of Tokushima University. Tokushima University made an interdepartmental academic exchange agreement with the School of Medicine of the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences in 2005. From 2007, we made it an intercollegiate agreement, and we have been pursuing more extensive engagement for more than ten years.
One purpose of the group's visit was to inspect Tokushima University Hospital as part of a JICA project to establish the first educational hospital in Mongolia. After the educational hospital is established, we will support management and administration of the educational hospital in cooperation with the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences.
