[Important]Tokushima University's Basic Policy on New Coronavirus Infection Control

Tokushima University has decided to adopt the following basic policy from today until March 15, 2020(Sun).

Contents as follows:

1. Regarding the graduation ceremony for Reiwa School Year 1 (2019.4-2020.3) and entrance ceremony for Reiwa School Year 2 (2020.4-2021.3)
　We will make a final decision whether to have the ceremonies or not at least 2 weeks before the date, based on how the situation develops.
　If the events are held, detailed information will be shared on the univeristy homepage.

2. Regarding (other) events sponsored by Tokushima University
　All events are, as a general rule, cancelled.
　If it is difficult to cancel the event due to unavoidable circumstances, measures will be taken to prevent the spread of infection.

3. Regarding participation by students and faculty in events not sponsored by Tokushima University
　As a general rule, we ask that you please use your best judgement.
