Tokushima University has appointed four students as the Students Public Relations Staff for the 2025 academic year.
The system of the Students Public Relations Staff was institutionalized in October, 2022 to strengthen various communications about Tokushima University from students’ perspective, and they are mainly promoting Tokushima University's attractions through the university's official social media accounts and Tokushima University's first owned media, the "Tokudai Web."
The Students Public Relations Staff of 2025 academic year are as follows.
・Ms. Kosaka Yurina:
4th year of the Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences Department of Integrated Arts and Social Sciences Community and Regional Studies
・Mr. Nishida Dairen:
4th year of the Faculty of Bioscience and Bioindustry Department of Bioscience and Bioindustry Agroscience Course
・Ms. Kawano Sachika:
4th year of the Faculty of Science and Technology Department of Science and Technology Applied Chemistry
・Ms. Abe Yuna:
2nd year of the Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences Department of Integrated Arts and Social Sciences
The Appointment Ceremony for the Students Public Relations Staff was held on June 26, 2025.
At the ceremony, Vice President for Public Relations, Ms. Murasawa, presented all staff with letters of appointment and said, "Please promote Tokushima University from students’ perspective."
After the ceremony, an exchange of opinions was held between Vice President Murasawa and the Students Public Relations Staff, where the students each presented their goals for their activities and projects they would like to try.
