■現在の取り組み
私は2017年に博士前期課程を修了した後、精神科病院や訪問看護事業所を経て、現在は大学教員として勤務しております。
臨床では谷岡研究室で学んだ看護管理やケアリングのノウハウを、業務の随所で活かすことができました。
2026年より博士後期課程へ進学する予定で、改めて研究に取り組む決意を強くしております。

■ Current Initiatives
After completing my Master’s program in 2017, I gained extensive clinical experience working at a psychiatric hospital and a home-visit nursing provider. Currently, I serve as a university faculty member.
Throughout my clinical practice, I have been able to effectively apply the expertise in nursing management and caring science that I acquired at Dr. Tanioka's Laboratory to various aspects of my professional duties.
I am scheduled to enroll in a Doctoral program in 2026, and I am deeply committed to re-engaging in my research with renewed dedication.

■現在の取り組み
私が大学院への進学したのも随分昔のことになってしまいました。大学院での学びは，看護管理者として自ら学ぼうとする姿勢や方法、物事を論理的に考えていく思考、さらに必要なことを概念化し他者に伝える力として役立っています。大学院では、仕事を終えて研究室のゼミへの参加、休日返上の授業に、時間をいかに捻出するかが課題でした。しかし、若い方との授業や演習を受けることは新鮮であり、とても楽しかったと記憶しています。
現在、研究活動は正直できていませんが、スタッフと一緒に看護研究について悩み、考え、論文を読み、継続した学びにつながっております。
最後になりましたが、谷岡教授をはじめ学生として未熟な私に丁寧なご指導をしていただきました諸先生方にこの場を借りてお礼申し上げます。

I have been admitted to a nursing graduate school in 2016. The contents of my graduate school studies helped me develop the attitude and methods to learn as a nursing manager. That is competency to think logically, conceptualize what is necessary, and communicate it to others. At graduate school, the challenge was to find time to participate in laboratory seminars after work and to give up holidays to attend classes. However, I remember that taking classes and studying with young people was refreshing and enjoyable. To be honest, I am not currently engaged in research activities, but I worry and think about nursing research with the nursing staff, read papers, and continue to learn. Finally, I would like to thank Professor Tanioka and all the other professors who provided careful guidance when I was a graduate student.
