Congratulations on winning the award! It was with great pleasure that Dr. Ito had won the Dean of Institute of Biomedical Sciences Award. We believe the award resulted from his amazing efforts and passion.

ICT (Information and Communication Technology)の活用よって、少ない看護職員でも患者にとって最適な看護を提供する日本独自の精神科看護専用のシステムPsyNACS©: Psychiatric Nursing Assessment classification and Care planning Systemの研究開発を行っています。この開発は徳島県の助成による産学官連携研究です。2017年には、本研究で、ベストポスター賞（International Conference on Ethics, Esthetics, and Empirics in Nursing, Songkhla, Thailand July5-7. 2017）、2016年度には、徳島大学岡奨学賞を受賞しています。

Even small nursing staff, Dr. Ito's team are researching and developing the psychiatric nursing systems (PsyNACS©: Psychiatric Nursing Assessment classification and Care planning System) to provide optimal nursing for patients using ICT (Information and Communication Technology). This development is Industrial-government-academia joint study. Also, he received the Tokushima University Oka Scholarship Award in FY 2016; and the Best Poster Award (International Conference on Ethics, Esthetics, and Empirics in Nursing, Songkhla, Thailand July 5-7. 2017).
