Japan Multi-Institutional Collaborative Cohort (J-MICC) Study

We are participating in a molecular epidemiology cohort study (J-MICC study) of approximately 100,000 people, which is being conducted at multiple facilities across Japan. We are analyzing the big data from the J-MICC study, which began in 2005 and has been accumulating for about 20 years, to examine the relationship between lifestyle habits, genetic factors, and diseases.

Our paper published in 2023. Coffee and Metabolic Phenotypes: A cross-sectional analysis of the Japan multi-institutional collaborative cohort (J-MICC) study.
