The themes of researches in our department are as follows :
- Contribution of the blood flow on pathogenesis of the lumbar spondylolysis
- Pathomechanism of hypertrophy of the ligamentum flavum in LSCS
- Clinical significance of HIZ on the discogenic low back pain
- Blue LED and anti-cancer effect
- Endoplasmic reticulum stress on degeneration in cartilage and disc
- Blood supply to the capitellum and osteochondritis dissecans of the elbow.
- Matrix degradation enzymes in development of osteoarthrosis
We, basically, are doing such kinds of basic researches in Ortho Lab ; additionally, having collaboration with Labs in Univ. Tokushima as well as with the other universities in Japan and USA.
