Submit application

Following two types of application methods are available for applicants’ convenience:
1. Online application mainly for applicants residing outside Japan
2. Application by mail for applicants residing in Japan


Please be aware that you need to follow the application procedures required of the application method you selected.


Online Application

Online application is basically for applicants who are residing outside Japan but available also for those who are residing in Japan. If you select the online application method, please fill in the attached application form and email it to the International Affairs Division and the section in charge in the graduate school you wish to enter. In this method, payment of the examination fee should be made by credit card or China UnionPay Card.


Application materials other than the application form must arrive at the University by mail within the application period. Application procedures will be completed when all of your application materials have been received by the University and confirmed that there is no flaws or missing materials in them. Please be aware that registering to apply online does not constitute the completion of application procedures.

Application by mail


This method is mainly for applicants who are residing in Japan. The applicants who chose this method are required to pay the examination fee at a JP Bank or a Post Office in Japan using the payment slip designated by the University and to submit the certificate of payment of the examination fee (Kenteiryo Haraikomi Shomeisho ) along with the other application materials by mail
