From August 29th to September 1st, President Noji led a delegation to Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). The purpose of the visit was to renew the academic exchange agreement between Tokushima University and UTeM, and to attend the completion ceremony of the Study Abroad First-Step Program in Malaysia, 2019, an overseas training program for Tokushima students that was carried out in cooperation with UTeM.
