Tokushima University Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Institute of Space Nutrition (T-ISN) will participate in the Space Food X program, which aims to solve problems related to food production and supply in space and on Earth, and to create related markets quickly.
Many companies are participating, but Tokushima University is the only national university taking part.
