　　Mr. Isaka Katsuo: Professor Emeritus, Distinguished Service in Education and Research

Professor Emeritus Isaka Katsuo has made important achievements in the field of Power Engineering, including research into the electrical insulation of power systems, as well as the quantification of electrical environmental factors (electric fields and magnetic fields) in power systems and elucidating their interactions with the human body. In addition, he has made a major contribution to the development of this field by guiding and nurturing students and young researchers with his outstanding academic knowledge and sincere attitude.
