A group from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka visit Tokushima University

On March 22, President Shahrin bin Sahib of Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka paid a courtesy visit to President Noji. President Shahrin bin Sahib was awarded an honorary doctorate from Tokushima University at the graduation ceremony held in the morning of the same day.
