Community Medical and Welfare
Professor

This field is focused on social work studies, and is engaged in education and research in areas that integrate medicine, gerontology, sociology, and psychology.
Especially now that multi-professional collaboration  has become particularly important in the medical welfare field, we are training social workers who will serve as a bridge between them. Many of those who have completed the graduate course in this field are active as teachers at welfare-related universities or as welfare administrative staff in prefectures and municipalities.
