A variety of studies regarding pathogenesis in autoimmunity, allergy, and cancer are advancing from basic research to clinical application in our laboratory. Using various animal models for autoimmune diseases and cancer, such as Sjögren's syndrome, type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, metalic allergy model, and oral cancer, the molecular and genetic mechanisms are analyzing for the new diagnostic and therapeutic strategy. In addition, muliple studies as for melecular pathogenesis of caricinogenesis through ubiquitin-proteasome system, immunotoxicity to nanomaterials and environmantal hormons, and carcer-immunity are actively ongoing
