The Niken Memorial Scholarship Program (NiMS)

We are pleased to announce the launch of The Niken Memorial Scholarship Program (NiMS　2023) for deserving Japanese and Indonesian faculty members and students. Therefore, we would like to ask for your cooperation and support.

【Purpose and Implementation of the Scholarship Program】
This Encouragement Award will continue Professor Niken's desire and provide opportunities for Tokushima University and Indonesian students and faculty to advance their education, research and career paths. This Encouragement Award hopes that students and faculty members who deserve this Encouragement Award will become "global dentists" in the future. The Niken Memorial Scholarship Award will have three categories namely:

1. The Niken Memorial Scholarship Award for Health Promotion (NiMS-HP)
   For Indonesian graduate students who are enrolled in the graduate School of Oral Sciences, Tokushima University, or enrolled in the Faculty of Dentistry, Indonesia, which has an international exchange agreement with the Faculty of Dentistry, Tokushima University, and are engaged in research on health promotion.
2. The Niken Memorial Scholarship Award for Dental Materials, Magnetics, and Devices (NiMS-DM)
   For faculty members and/or graduate students who are enrolled in the graduate School of Oral Sciences, Tokushima University, or enrolled in the Faculty of Dentistry, Indonesia, which has an international exchange agreement with the Faculty of Dentistry, Tokushima University, and are engaged in research on health promotion.
3. The Niken Memorial Scholarship Award for International Exchange(NiMS-IE)
   For students who are enrolled in the Faculty of Dentistry at Tokushima University and the Faculty of Dentistry in Indonesia, which has an international exchange agreement with the Faculty of Dentistry at Tokushima University, and who have participated in or are planning to participate in the exchange program.
