How to Request Application Instructions

Please use one of the following methods to obtain application instructions.

 

1. Request in person at the Admission Division office

Please request application instructions directly at the Admission Division office of the University of Tokushima (2-24 Shinkura-cho, Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture, telephone #: 088-656-7091) Office Hour: 8:30 to 17:15 (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

 

2. Request by mail

Please send an envelope with "Request for Application Instructions for Self-supported, Undergraduate International Students" clearly written in red on the lower left-hand side on the front, enclosing a self-addressed, 24cm by 33.2cm envelope to the address below. Application Instructions will be sent to you in your self-addressed envelope.

 

3. View application instructions on our website

This is mainly for applicants residing outside Japan but available also for applicants residing in Japan. Please view the application instructions from the link below.
