Division of Enzyme Analysis

Research ProjectsMemberMajor instruments available

The Institute for Enzyme Research (IER) has been nominated as one of the Research Core Network Institutes by the Ministry for Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, Japan. To support the joint research projects, three support divisions are now added to the IER. Our division is to support the scientific community through the joint research and service programs in the field of enzyme analysis including:

Research Projects

  1. Mass spectrometry-based proteomics and protein structural analysis
  2. X-ray crystallographic analysis of 3D protein structure
  3. Protein-protein interaction analysis by SPR
  4. Confocal laser scanning microscopy
  5. Enzyme assay and activity analyses
